General Disposables Inc (GDI) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place a retail order, submit a wholesale inquiry, or contact us. This may include your name, email, phone, company details, and shipping address.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and send updates you request.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and fulfill orders, and where required by law.

Business credit application data

If your business submits a U.S. business credit application, we collect the business information required to evaluate it: legal and trade names, Employer Identification Number, D-U-N-S number where provided, entity type and state of formation, company address and contacts, accounts-payable and authorized-representative contacts, requested credit limit and terms, revenue range, trade references, an optional bank reference limited to bank name and contact, and the authorized signer's typed name, title, and electronic signature record.

We do not request or accept Social Security numbers, dates of birth, personal bank account or routing numbers, personal financial statements, or protected demographic characteristics through the business credit application, and it does not create a personal guaranty.

We use this information only to verify the applicant business and evaluate, underwrite, establish, service, and where necessary collect on a commercial credit account. Under the applicant's authorization we may share it, only as reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, with participating credit insurers, underwriters, factors and banks, the trade and bank references the applicant identified, business credit bureaus and business information services, and service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell business credit application data.

Credit application data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored in access-restricted systems available only to personnel with a business need, and is not readable by any website visitor or signed-in customer account. We retain it for as long as necessary to evaluate and service the account and to meet legal, tax, audit, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or destroy it. You may request deletion of business credit application data, subject to those legal recordkeeping obligations.
